Marc es muy amable y contesta enseguida a tus dudas,cosa que cuando estás en el extranjero es muy importante, la casa es muy acogedora y muy bien de precio el barrio es muy muy tranquilo lo digo porque aunque parece que queda un poco lejos de manhatan porque tienes que coger un tren que el tren no dura mucho unos 20 minutos luego lo agradeces mucho ya que el metro está lleno de gente en muy mal estado y de esta manera no tocas el metro te subes en la parada de la casa y vas directamente a la estación central que es el centro del todo, cuando vuelves de vuelta a la casa te sientes seguro ya que el barrio es muy tranquilo tienes una tienda de alimentación cerca 10 minutos y hay un centro comercial a 15 minutos que es un oulet de marcas hemos comprado zapatillas de grandes marcas por 25 euros yo es la segunda vez que voy a Ny y la otra vez estuve en time square por la noche hay peleas y es peligroso y las sirenas de las ambulancias no paran de sonar sin ninguna duda recomendable mil ×m

Marc has a wonderful property this was our second time staying there while I traveled for work . Property was very clean well kept and welcoming . I will definitely return if I have to stay in this area again

A great time overall! When entering, the place was much more spacious than I thought! It was right next to a bus stop going straight to the subway, it only took about an hour and 30 minutes to get into the city, which is not to bad considering we only used public transport! Marc was a fantastic host, and catered to every need/was very responsive messaging almost daily to check if we needed anything. This trip was fantastic and it would not have been possible without this place! Others have commented on the footsteps heard from above, and yes you do hear them occasionally but everyone is very respectful of quiet time and if you are planning on exploring the city each day anyway, you will never even hear them! Final note: the water pressure in the bathroom is probably the best water pressure I have ever felt in my life! Thank you so much.

Amazing stay! Everything was so neat and clean. It was super spacious and water pressure was good. Enough dishes for us and amenities were great! Kids upstairs were a little loud but that didn’t impact our stay as we were out of the house a lot and it was quiet by the time we went to bed. Marc was great, he was super fast with the responses and provided a great help to my parents as well. Thanks Marc!

we rented both of Marc's condos for a business trip. Both spaces were lovely. the spaces were clean, spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, shampoo, pillows, etc provided. Marc even provided water and snacks. The neighborhood was a quiet tree lined street and felt very safe. Marc responded to every inquiry in a timely way. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I don't normally write reviews but Marc really deserved a review from me. My family & I had a wonderful stay at Marc's place. The place was very comfortable, clean and we felt very safe. We had a smooth check-in & clear instructions. Marc gave us a warm welcome & he was very responsive during our stay, including checking-in from time to time to ensure we weren't in need of anything. This place felt like home & we treated it like home. I would definitely recommend Marc's place. Thank you again Marc.
