Great experience! Marc was very responsive and courteous to us. Our stay was wonderful, and everything we needed in the AirBnb was there, which made our time there enjoyable. The grill, hot tub, and all the other amenities were in excellent condition and caused no issues for us. We looking to future trips with this location in mind.

Marc’s home was lovely and as described. Had everything we needed to feel at home. He is a very gracious, responsive and friendly host. We were in the area on business and he helped accommodate our needs. Thanks so much, Marc!

We just completed a wonderful family stay at this Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and immaculately clean the unit was. It's clear a lot of thought and care has gone into making this a welcoming and comfortable space. For a family experience, this unit absolutely hit every mark. There was ample space for everyone to relax and unwind, and the layout was perfect for both shared moments and individual quiet time. All our requirements were not just met, but surpassed. The amenities provided were excellent, catering perfectly to our family's needs, and everything was in perfect working order. The location was fantastic, offering convenience and easy access to local attractions without being in the middle of any hustle and bustle. Communication with the host Marc was seamless – he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Marc was really a SUPERHOST. The beds were so very comfortable. Everything was just as described. My 55th birthday with my family was all of that and more. We had snacks provided and a personal message. That says a lot about this host. H-Town left you message as well.

I really enjoyed our stay. Even though it was a little chilly we didn’t utilize the hot tub but Marc had the back yard ready for our visit it’s so peaceful and beautiful at night. Neighborhood is very quiet as well. This is one of my favs

Marc's place was great. Looked exactly how its described in the photos. In a peaceful neighborhood. Check in was easy and we didn't have any issues during our stay. Marc always responded in a timely manner. Will definitely stay at Marc's place again if it's available when we return.

Marc es muy amable y contesta enseguida a tus dudas,cosa que cuando estás en el extranjero es muy importante, la casa es muy acogedora y muy bien de precio el barrio es muy muy tranquilo lo digo porque aunque parece que queda un poco lejos de manhatan porque tienes que coger un tren que el tren no dura mucho unos 20 minutos luego lo agradeces mucho ya que el metro está lleno de gente en muy mal estado y de esta manera no tocas el metro te subes en la parada de la casa y vas directamente a la estación central que es el centro del todo, cuando vuelves de vuelta a la casa te sientes seguro ya que el barrio es muy tranquilo tienes una tienda de alimentación cerca 10 minutos y hay un centro comercial a 15 minutos que es un oulet de marcas hemos comprado zapatillas de grandes marcas por 25 euros yo es la segunda vez que voy a Ny y la otra vez estuve en time square por la noche hay peleas y es peligroso y las sirenas de las ambulancias no paran de sonar sin ninguna duda recomendable mil ×m

Host was responsive and helpful. The rental was clean and in a good location. We felt safe and were able to access the railway to get to the city with ease.

Marc has a wonderful property this was our second time staying there while I traveled for work . Property was very clean well kept and welcoming . I will definitely return if I have to stay in this area again
